We are so excited to offer our ANNUAL HOLIDAY MAKERS PICK UP EVENT! 🎨🎄 Join us Saturday, Nov. 22nd for one of our most popular events.

Where: Bella Vista Townhouse Association 2 Cora Circle Bella Vista Arkansas 72715 (beautiful venue and easy accessible parking.

Ceramics - You can choose your paint colors at event. 

Mosaic lamps and sea glass trees will have a variety of colors to choose from.

A multi-colored light kit is included with each ceramic tree and the star. Clear light kits are available for $10 

Cardinal lights are only $1 each!

Also included in the fun will be Christmas snacks and Hot apple cider plus a fun holiday photo backdrop to capture the fun. SO YES WEAR YOUR FAVORITE CHRISTMAS SWEATER! SANTA WILL BE THERE after 10am!

Door prizes! Will you draw the lucky scratch off card?

 This year we are waiving the $5 kit fee at this PICK UP event only. The cost for each product does include taxes.

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Choose your project design from the dropdown menu below. 
2. If attending with friends, list who you'd like to sit with in the Notes box.
3. Agree to terms & proceed with checkout. (PLEASE READ TERMS THOROUGHLY            BEFORE CHECKING OUT)

  • Due to the customization at all of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, your project can be turned into a to go kit to be completed at home. You may also be able to complete your project at an open paint session. Projects will only be held for 30 days.  Please private message us on Facebook or email us hammerandstainsidney@gmail.com for any questions on attendance.
  • Dates are not transferable to another workshop. Due to the nature of this workshop to sell out, we cannot allow dates to be transferred.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
